Setting Up Guidelines:
Tents: Your Tent must not be any larger than 10 X 10 All Spaces are 10X 10
Set up is at 7am- 9:30 am on Sunday, June 27th.
Due to space constraints, all vendors will be asked to unload their vehicles FIRST, then take their vehicles to the designated parking areas. Each vendor will be assigned a set up time. Please indicate your desired set up time on your application
Securing Your Tents
All Vendors are MUST secure your tent. Bring Cylinder blocks for each corner
OR gallon jugs of water make great weights to tie down your tent. In the event of a storm,
securing your tent will minimize damage to your property and the property of others.
Supplies and Trash Bags
Each vendor must supply thier own tables, chairs, and other supplies to do business as well as supply a trashbag for their waste.
Be Sure to have Enough Change/Money
Inner Harmony will not be able to supply change in the event you run out. Please make sure you have plenty on hand to last you through the day.
Take Down
Summer Fair is from 10 am- 5pm. With respect to all vendors, NO TAKE DOWNS ARE PERMITTED UNTIL 5:00 P.M.
Weather
Summer Fair operates rain or shine! Summer Fair WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON THE ACCOUNT OF UNFAVORABLE WEATHER. Please keep this in mind.
Refund Policy
In the event You are not able to make Summer Fair,you can request a refund of my payment up until June 1st. After that no refunds will be issued.
Bathrooms
Kims School of Dance has 2 bathrooms
Food
We will have food vendors available for you to purchase food. You are also welcome to bring food to the event as well.
